The Glass-a-Matic Hand Saver
This perfectly designed Glass-a-Matic Hand Saver Stopper Tool should be included in the equipment for any laboratory where glass tubing is used. It offers time-saving convenience with protection for hands often injured by shattered glass tubing. See the step-by-step directions below for operation.
Step 1 - The Glass-a-Matic Tool is on the left and the stopper is on the right.
Step 2 - Push tool through stopper with a twisting motion.
Step 3 - Remove nose cone, insert glass tube through stopper.
Step 4 - Remove stopper from tool with twisting motion leaving tube in place in stopper.
Note: to remove glass tube from stopper, push tool through stopper with twisting motion.
